How do I register with Kira’s Craft Corner?

You do not have to register, if you place an order you will automatically be registered on our customer database to receive important news and promotional offers.

How do I buy something from Kira’s Craft Corner?

Simply follow the steps below:

  • Search for your product or navigate to the “Shop Now” page.
  • Choose the product/s you wish to order.
  • Click Add To Cart, once it’s added to your cart,
  • Visit the “My Cart” option located in the top right corner.
  • View your items in your order and when ready click “Proceed to Checkout”
  • In checkout, you can complete your order details and click “Place Order

When we receive your payment you will be notified via email and SMS.

If I receive the wrong product or the product is not as described on the website, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. You can send us an email to info@kirascraftcorner.com within one day of receiving your order and one of our customer support agents will get in touch.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can, to do so please email info@kirascraftcorner.com

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order and request a refund by emailing us at info@kirascraftcorner.com within 1 hour from placing your order.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

Please email info@kirascraftcorner.com an inquiry regarding the out-of-stock product and we’ll notify you per email when the product is back in stock. 

Is it safe to shop with you?

Our partnered payment gateway partners are PCI-DSS Level 1 Compliant and all transactions are done in a secure environment.

Is cash on delivery available for online orders?

Yes, however, this is only available if you collect your order at our physical store in Bredasdorp.

No, unfortunately, you can not earn E-Bucks shopping with us.

Yes, instant EFT payment options are available via our integrated payment partner gateways.

Can I pay with cash?

You will only be eligible for cash payments if you collect your order from our physical store in Bredasdorp after placing it online.

When will my Instant EFT payment clear?

Using the instant EFT payment option will allow your order amount to be settled immediately. When payment has been received you will receive your order confirmation number via email and SMS.

Return Questions

What if I don’t have the original shipping packaging for a return?

If you have lost the Pargo shipping bag you can still log a return within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

How do I return a product?

You can easily log a return by sending an email to info@kirascraftcorner.com.

Do you allow exchanges if I need a different size and/or colour?

Yes, if your order has been purchased within a 2 week period and is still in its original packaging and unused you are allowed to exchange it for a different item. Please bear in mind you will be liable for the courier to collect and resend your order.

If we have not yet sent out your order you can request a change within one hour from placing your order to info@kirascraftcorner.com.

What if I received a damaged product?

If your order has been damaged during transit please email us the following information to info@kirascraftcorner.com

  • A picture of the damaged goods (within 24 hours from receiving)
  • Your Kira’s Craft Corner order number (sent to you after payment)
  • Courier Tracking number (sent to via SMS or email)
  • Your name and contact details

One of our customer care consultants will contact you within 24 hours.

Can I return sale products?

Am I allowed to drop off my return at your Bedasdorp warehouse?

Yes, you can drop off your return personally at our Bredasdorp store within two weeks of purchase located at

Delivery Questions

Can I change my delivery address?

You can only change your delivery address one hour after placing your order. To do so please email info@kirascraftcorner.com with your order number and change request.

What are my delivery options?

We have 3 available delivery methods available:

  • Free shipping (Applicable only to Bredasdorp/Struisbaai situated customers)
  • Pick Up at Store (Pick up your order from our Bredasdorp store)
  • Pargo Pick Up Points (Select from over 2500 pick up points to collect your order)

What will delivery cost me?

We partnered up with Pargo that allows you to pick up your order at any 2500 pickup points across South Africa at your convenience. You can order up to 5KG weight of our Kira’s Craft Corner products and only pay R100.00 for delivery.

When do I get it?

Deliveries of your order can take a minimum of 3 workings days and a maximum of 5 working days.

How do I track my order online?

You can conveniently track your order using Pargo’s track and trace page. If you did not select Pargo as your shipping method please email us at info@kirascraftcorner.com.
